Description of Service
QR Studio provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to generate customized, static Quick Response (QR) codes for various data types, including URLs, plain text, Wi-Fi credentials, vCards, and more. All QR code generation is performed locally within the user's browser via client-side processing. No input data is transmitted to or stored on our servers at any point during the generation process.
Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content and data you encode into the QR codes generated using our Service.
You explicitly agree NOT to use QR Studio to generate QR codes that:
- Link to malicious software, malware, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a computer system or data.
- Direct users to phishing websites or platforms designed to steal personal information or credentials.
- Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
- Contain or link to explicit, sexually graphic, or highly offensive material.
We reserve the right to report any illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, links, and text you input into our generator. We do not claim any ownership over the information encoded in your QR codes. Because our service relies on client-side generation, we do not store, track, or monitor your generated codes.
Our Platform: The QR Studio website, including its original code, user interface, design, logo, and textual content, are the exclusive property of QR Studio and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website's interface or design without express written permission.

- Functionality: While we strive for 100% compatibility, we do not guarantee that the generated QR codes will be readable by every scanning device or application in existence.
- Destination Availability: We generate static QR codes. We are not responsible if the destination URL you encoded becomes inactive, expires, or changes content after the QR code is generated.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QR Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
